Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, profile photo, and sign-in identifiers from Apple or Google sign-in.
• Training data: scores, sessions, equipment details, goals, training plans, and notes you enter.
• Recordings: videos and images you capture or import for analysis, with permission to use your camera or photo library, and the body-position data derived from them.
• Club data: for ArcherSense Clubs, your club, role, seats, invitations, consent choices, and what each student has agreed to share with coaches.
• Billing data: plan, seats, invoices, and billing contact. Card and bank details are entered directly with Paddle, Apple, or Google; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: app and website events, device type, operating system, language, approximate location from IP address, and crash and diagnostic data.
• Messages: what you send us when you contact support or request a demo.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service: store your training history, analyse recordings, and generate AI feedback.
• To run club workspaces: show coaches the student data each student has agreed to share.
• To process subscriptions and payments, and to send receipts, invoices, and billing notices.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it, using aggregated or pseudonymous data where possible.
• To send service messages and, where you have agreed, product news. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

3. Legal bases

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process data to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in running and improving a secure service, to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and with your consent for camera access, optional sharing with coaches, and marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Google Cloud and Firebase: hosting, databases, file storage, authentication, notifications, and analytics.
• Google Gemini API: generating AI analysis and feedback from your recordings and training data.
• Paddle.com: Merchant of Record for ArcherSense Clubs subscriptions; processes payments, tax, and invoices.
• Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat: mobile app purchases and subscription status.
• Resend: sending transactional email.

5. Other sharing

• With your club: when you join a club, its administrators and coaches see your membership and the data you agree to share. You control sharing in your consent settings.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or ArcherSense.
• If ArcherSense is involved in a merger or sale, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

6. International transfers

We are based in Peru and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer, such as invoices for tax purposes. Backups expire on a rolling basis.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account in the app or by emailing support@archersense.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The ArcherSense app is not directed at children under 13. Clubs may add younger athletes only with the consent of a parent or guardian, which the club is responsible for obtaining. If you believe a child's data was provided without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and the security features of our providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we also limit what we collect and who can see it.

11. Cookies

archersense.com uses essential storage to remember your language and preferences, and analytics to measure visits and downloads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

12. Changes and contact
