Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms apply when you use the ArcherSense mobile app, the ArcherSense Clubs web workspace, and the archersense.com website (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by ArcherSense, based in Peru ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. What ArcherSense provides
ArcherSense is archery training software. The mobile app offers digital scoring, session history, competition practice, and AI-assisted video review of shooting form. ArcherSense Clubs is a web workspace where clubs and academies manage coaches and students, plan training, and review shared athlete progress.
AI feedback is generated automatically from your recordings and data. It is training guidance, not professional coaching, medical, or safety advice. Archery carries inherent risk; follow your range's safety rules and your coach's instructions.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. Younger athletes may use ArcherSense Clubs only when their club has obtained the consent of a parent or guardian.
- A club administrator who invites coaches and students is responsible for having the right to add them and for the consent settings chosen for the club.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, the billing period, and any trial are shown before you buy.
Mobile app subscriptions (Basic and Pro) are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those purchases, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the store under its own terms, and you manage them in your store account.
ArcherSense Clubs subscriptions are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our Clubs orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to those purchases.
- Clubs subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly per coach and student seat, by card at checkout or by invoice with the payment terms shown on the invoice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Adding seats during a billing period is charged immediately, prorated for the time remaining. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
- If a payment fails or an invoice is overdue, we give a 14-day grace period. If it remains unpaid after that, the club workspace may be suspended until payment is made.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
- Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. In short, you can request a full refund of an ArcherSense Clubs payment within 14 days of being charged. App store purchases are refunded through Apple or Google.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, scores, notes, and other content you add to the Service. You give us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content only to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with, including generating AI analysis.
You must have the right to upload any content you add, including the consent of any person who appears in a recording.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or content of people who have not agreed to it.
- Do not resell, copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service except where the law allows it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change, or retire features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature during your billing period, contact us and we will offer a fair remedy, which may include a prorated refund.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, fail to pay, or put other users or the Service at risk. When an account closes, we delete or anonymise its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or equipment damage arising from archery practice.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the app before they take effect.
