Refund Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
We want every club to be happy with ArcherSense. This policy explains how refunds work for ArcherSense Clubs subscriptions and ArcherSense app purchases.
1. ArcherSense Clubs
ArcherSense Clubs orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. You can request a full refund of any Clubs payment within 14 days of the charge, including your first payment, a renewal, or a charge for added seats. No reason is required.
- Requests made after 14 days are not refundable, except where required by law or where the Service was materially unavailable or not as described.
- When a payment is refunded, the paid period or seats it covered end and the workspace returns to its previous state.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Paid invoices settled by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer to the account that paid.
2. Cancelling a Clubs subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal. Cancelling or removing seats does not by itself trigger a refund, but you can still request one for a payment made in the last 14 days.
3. How to request a Clubs refund
Email support@archersense.com with your club name and the invoice or receipt number. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net to contact Paddle directly. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. ArcherSense app purchases
Basic and Pro subscriptions bought in the ArcherSense mobile app are sold by Apple or Google. We cannot issue refunds for them. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or in your Google Play account order history. You can cancel an app subscription at any time in your store account settings.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.
