Archery training plan software
Plan the training block, not just the next session.
Bring weekly volume, daily practice, technical focus, and competition preparation into one coaching plan. Build a cycle that you can inspect and adjust before publishing.
01Preview
Make the next training block visible.
Map periods, weekly arrow targets, intensity, technical focus, and a Monday-to-Sunday training grid. Review the whole cycle before publishing. AI can prepare a draft; the coach reviews and adjusts it before students see a plan.
02
Connect weekly targets to daily work.
Set activities, arrow targets, and notes for the week. Published revisions preserve the plan’s history so a coach can see what changed. Student visibility depends on access and the supported mobile app release.
03Preview
Compare the plan with the practice.
Use shared scored sessions and supported unscored logs to review completed volume against planned arrows. Treat a gap as a conversation starter, then adjust training with the athlete’s context in mind.
Before your first coaching week.
Does AI publish a plan automatically?
No. AI creates a draft for the coach to review, edit, and explicitly publish. Drafting uses aggregate training information rather than names, private journal text, or health details.
Can I plan more than one week?
The cycle editor supports training blocks of 1–26 weeks, with weekly targets, periods, focus, and a day-by-day grid. The training-cycle workflow is shown as a preview until release verification is complete.
